I have been wearing my class ring everyday for 42 years. I called the Poway office about having my ring worked on. I was told the ring was 100% guaranteed. I brought my ring in, and the sales rep was extremely helpful. She took my ring and sent it off. It was mailed back directly to my house a week later. It came back looking brand new. They replaced the stone, buffed out the scratches, reapplied the antique finish. All free of charge! I can not get over a company backing their product like that in this day and age. Very impressive.
