I have had excellent service from Schwans (I've been a customer since 2012). My current rep is Corie and he is very efficient and I appreciate his service. There are no complaints from this satisfied customer from Ramona CA.

Horrible experience. First time customer and I'm highly disappointed. I placed my order and they pushed my delivery date back three times. The third time they pushed it back, would have been almost a month since I placed the order, absolutely ridiculous. When I spoke to the representative, he was very apologetic and was frustrated how things were handled by Schwan's. He cancelled my order and THEN the very next day I received a confirmation of my delivery date. I had told the representative that I had cancelled the day before and she had no record of it and wanted me to call again-unreal. DO NOT use this company, there are much better options, for example: Blue Apron and Hello Fresh.
